Should people be kicked from a battleground when they receive the inactive debuff?
1.Yes. Also, any honor earned for objectives completed while they were there should be removed.

5.No. The current penalty is fine.
I personally think the penalty for being reported AFK is a joke. People sitting in the caves take up space that could be used by people who participate and consider this; last night, we had 35 players a side in AV. Only 7 of us were actually playing, Alliance had a solid 15 on the field. We downed Belinda and capped Icewing and Stonehearth bunkers. We then lost because Alliance were able to rush to Frostwolf faster then our 7 could manage to get to Dun Balder. The icing on the cake being that by the time the cave dwellers became inactive, they had already been awarded 125 honor, same as us. That, and when we left, two guildmates of mine were, and had been for the duration of our game, queuing for AV. They could have been there, actually doing something.
I know what it's like having to still do AV after this long. I, like many, am exalted across 3 characters (2 of which was Alliance in an seldom-win battlegroup - finally packed up and went Horde). I know the fact that having only 4 bland battleground options after 3 years is pathetic. I'm not sure how long I'll last if they don't fix it soon. I know it's a grind, but frankly, such as it is, if I need Vindicators gear and whatnot, I'm going to have to AV, and I'm not going to sit in the cave and let others earn my honor for me. I'd like to, but I just don't have it in me to be such a blatant leech. That said, I don't have much animosity towards AFKers, I don't like playing AV either. Maybe I'm just wierd..
Anway, I think AFKers should be instantly kicked and any honor earned should be removed.
ps. I'm aware it might be technically impossible to remove honor points earned, but I'm just puttin it out there anyway.
